We use reputable third‑party transcription and note‑taking services — such as Otter.ai, Fireflies.ai, or comparable tools — solely to create transcripts and action items; these providers act as data processors under confidentiality agreements and may not use your content for their own marketing or model‑training purposes. Recordings and AI‑generated notes are treated as confidential client files, are never shared externally without your explicit permission, and are retained in accordance to the Data Retention Policy in this Privacy Policy.
